Return & Exchange Policy

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If shipping on your own and not using our prepaid labels, all Returns/Exchanges should be shipped to the following address:

You can exchange your eligible online purchase items within 15 days excluding shipping cost.

You can return your eligible online purchase within 7 days from date of receiving for a full refund of the cost of your item minus a $10 prepaid return label fee.

Items on sale are not eligible for refund and can only be exchanged or returned for a store credit.

Items discounted more than 20% of the original price are considered final sale are not eligible for returns.

If you were sent a promotional item with your order, you do need to return the item with your order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

In case you received a defective item, the customer has up to 7 days from date of receipt to request for refund or exchange for a new one.

In case you received a wrong item, Items must be returned in its original and unused condition & must also be in its original box and packing.

We do not allow refunds or exchanges because of change of mind.

We do not allow refunds or exchanges because of Size Issue. It’s your responsibility to check the size guide which is attached on each product page.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return. We are not able to accept returns on any products that have opened and used.

If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on location, delivery time of exchanges may vary.

We advise using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require an Order confirmation Email as a proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not refundable or exchangeable

Any online item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery is not refundable or exchangeable

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, the item(s) will be inspected for return eligibility. You will receive an email notification detailing the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (usually within 2-5 business days).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet, please review your bank statement within the last 2-5 business days, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you are still having trouble, please contact your bank. Refund processing time can take up to 5 business days before a refund is posted.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be emailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the buyer had the order shipped to them to gift to you personally, they will be notified directly and will receive a credit.
